She holds a Master's degree from the University of Helsinki; her professional background includes roles as Operations Coordinator at the European Industrial Insulation Foundation, Development Editor at Thomas Telford Ltd, and positions in customer service and billing operations. This diverse experience across different sectors has equipped her with strong expertise in building efficient organizational systems and managing complex operational challenges.
