NovaMea Welcomes Moha Hlaiem as Process Engineer

We are thrilled to announce that Moha Hlaiem has joined NovaMea as a Process Engineer!

Moha is a chemical process engineer with 6+ years of experience scaling innovative technologies from R&D to industrial production. He holds a Master of Engineering in Renewable Energy & Waste Management from Université Paris-Saclay, graduating 2nd in his class. His professional background includes a long tenure at DePoly, a chemical recycling startup in Valais, Switzerland, where he progressed from R&D Engineer to Pilot Plant Manager and ultimately to Process Design Engineer, leading the scale-up of a PET recycling process to 500 tonnes per year. His experience spans process design, commissioning, ATEX environments, powder handling systems, and continuous manufacturing operations.

At NovaMea, Moha will apply his scale-up expertise to our electrolyser membrane technology, helping bridge the gap between laboratory innovation and industrial production. His track record of translating R&D data into robust, large-scale processes makes him a strong addition to our growing team as we advance green hydrogen solutions.
